First Capital EMS

Grantley EMS has been protecting Spring Garden Township and the Greater York Area since we were first organized in 1926.

Through the generous contributions by the members of the communities served by Grantley Fire & EMS, we offer a staffed BLS unit stationed at YAUFR Station 89-4 (Victory Fire Dept. next to Memorial Hospital in York, PA) and two additional ambulances at our main station in Spring Garden Township next to York College of Pennsylvania. In addition, we have a Chevy Blazer that allows for transport of personnel to incident scenes when additional manpower is required.

We are still soliciting 2022 ambulance membership directly while we are transiting the merger with First Capital EMS. Please do not send UPMC ambulance or other solicitations to Grantley Fire and EMS, they will not qualify for our membership or services.
